i stayed overnight before my flight. the hotel staff were helpful. they also brought two fans when the air conditioning stopped working, which i really appreciated.
after a walk with luggage, we arrived at our room to find only one bath towel. i phoned housekeeping multiple times, but no one answered. it was a bit inconvenient.

the location is excellent for airport access. the hoppa bus stop is right outside. my room was quiet despite the proximity to the airport. the tv offered a good selection of channels.

A Convenient and Comfortable Airport Stay!

The hotel's proximity to the airport was AMAZING!!! It made early morning departures so much easier. I was also able to drop off my luggage early with great security, it gave me peace of mind to explore.
The television in my room had some operational issues. I submitted several requests for assistance but there was a delay before a technician came to resolve it. This was a small inconvenience, it prevented me from relaxing in my room as I wanted.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. It was recently decorated, which I noticed immediately. The bar had lots of seating and cozy corners.
The air conditioning in my room did not work , so I informed the reception. The staff knew of the issue before I paid for the room , but failed to disclose this information. They said they couldn't move me to another room as the hotel was fully booked.
